The Banlaw Vent system provides overfill protection to determine the refuelling systems shut off level. Banlaw Vents are made to suit operating conditions and customer needs and are constructed from high grade materials to guarantee the product's strength and durability. The vent mechanism guarantees sealing under filling, and prevents fuel spillage or leakage from the tank in a variety of conditions such as inclination. The vents are designed to manage flow rates to compliment the nozzle and the receiver setup, while providing sealing properties that are adequate to facilitate shut off. The Banlaw Vent also ensures that the small amount of pressure in the tank at shut off is dispersed and the tank is quickly returned to atmospheric pressure.

Types: Banlaw supply a vast range of vents each with specific applications. Each of these vent types have part numbers with the AUS25 prefix.

FILTERED VENTS

Heavy equipment typically operates in dusty, dirty conditions. A generic Quick-Fill tank vent has no means of preventing airborne contamination entering a tank.  unlike the    Banlaw Filtered Vent, which comes with a serviceable air filter with the vent cap.  This filter protects against particles entering the tank via the vent, and thus entering the fuel system of the equipment.  The service life is extended, reducing the risk of blocked filters and equipment downtime
