The Banlaw FuelTrack™ electronic fuel monitoring system provides a secure, efficient and user friendly hydrocarbon management solution.
No matter what type of fleet – heavy transport, mining machinery, locomotives, buses, trucks, 4WD or light vehicles, FuelTrack™ provides an ideal solution for reconciling usage and providing absolute security for your fuel supply.
With a Banlaw FuelTrack™ system, each and the fuel use of every machine, vehicle or locomotive can be individually monitored and analysed with precision. Each unit is individually identified, and its usage logged against that ID. Banlaw FuelTrack™ provides an exact record of all fuel used on site, including that supplied by service trucks.
Banlaw FuelTrack™ automatically keeps track of fuel and oil inputs and outputs and is able to export this information to a computer either on-site or at a remote location. Other fluids such as hydraulic oils, gas and detergents can also be tracked by vehicle, tank, usage and distribution point.
As well as reconciling hydrocarbon usage, maintenance scheduling, cost analysis, planning and control of your fleet are all made simple by FuelTrack™. FuelTrack™ also enables precise calculation of burn rates across your site, allowing precise planning of fuel ordering and deliveries.
Unaccounted fuel volume is able to be identified, and the problem – whether it be seepage, theft, or overfilling leading to spillage, can be identified and resolved.
The ability to manage the reconciliation of fuel usage, tax credit reports and thorough auditing of all hydrocarbon use on site makes FuelTrack™ a powerful management tool that delivers security, confidence and peace of mind.
The system is readily adaptable to track the use of all oils (hydraulic, engine and transmission) as well as detergents and chemicals.

A key feature of FuelTrack, especially important in a time of rising fuel prices, is its ability to deliver security of supplies across your site. Each authorised vehicle is allocated an individual ID key number which must be recognised by FuelTrack before access to any fuel station on your site is enabled. Banlaw’s FuelTrack™ system can have a dramatic impact in reducing unauthorised uses and/or losses of fuel.
By enabling an accurate tracking of use by each vehicle, total fuel usage can be easily reconciled with total fuel purchase, thereby enabling operators to pinpoint excessive use patterns or specific system inefficiencies.
